How we can help

Easy Property investing.

• It all starts with a chat, we like to understand what you are looking for or help you to discover it, from the criteria and details you provide us and from your current situation. We call this, Profiling the investor.
• Once we have you on file, you receive an email or message with a potential opportunity "The Deal", If you are interested let us know and we will call you (On a first come first served basis).  
• We then have a phone call or WhatsApp video call to go through the property details, area, market figures, estimated ROI, pictures etc. 
• If you want to go ahead with the deal, we will send you our T&C's together with the invoice for the finder's fee in full. You will need to sign online and pay a proportion of the fee called Booking Fee. The remaining amount is expected 6 weeks after or on completion, whatever happens first.
• After receiving signed T&C's and payment we then disclose to you all property details, such as full address, vendor or agent, any inspection details, etc., and contact the vendor or selling agent to let them know your details as a buyer.
• We can provide with recommendation of our Power Team, Solicitor, Mortgage and Protection Advisor, Letting agents / HMO Managers etc. You are always free to use your own team of professionals.
• The normal buying process takes place and you deal directly with the agent or vendor.
• We normally take a step back during this process but we are available to support you should you have any questions or need any assitance on every step of the way up to completion.
• After completion takes place, we like to follow up with you to check how you are getting on and kindly ask you to recommend our services to someone who could be interested in getting the next great deal!
